Will you be getting ____ back in stock when it's "Sold Out"? I want it so bad!

Please Contact Us with the product SKU or product link. We will write back to you in 1-2 working days with more information. For Sparrow Dresses collection, we are generally not able to re-stock for every size since the fabric of each pattern is imported and limited. However, sometimes if we have enough interest in particular pattern we do our best to get more. So, when you see an item that you are dying to have is no longer available, just drop us a line and let us know!

Where do you find your clothes?

For Sparrow Dresses collection, all dresses are made of imported cotton fabric from Asia and Europe. We love to search for the most lovely and unique patterns from different places! For Other Products collection, we order from independent designers who fit our styles and ideals.

Do you provide larger sizes of your clothing? They feel like too small.

Size convertions vary from country to country. Basically our sizing are more like Petite, Small and Medium based on previous comments. For some clothing that we provide Large or Extra Large sizes, they feel like maybe a Medium in your country. So, please check the size chart on each product page carefully. We measure every detail of a garment in flat, in centimeters. Please allow 1-2 cm measurement tolerance and feel free to Contact Us for any help!

How can I track the shipping of my order?

Our system will send you the tracking number and link of tracking tool by email once we get from the international shipper. Please add support@the-other-sparrows.com to your contact list and check your spam in case our email is filtered. For customer who has an account on our site, you can also check your tracking information by log in your account. 

Can I use more than one coupon code on my order?

No. Sorry our sytem only accepts one coupon code for each order.

Why there is no logo on my package and no invoice or return card inside?

We securly pack all packages using international T6 boxes with no printing inside or outside at all. There will be no additional information inside and no logo on the cover shipping bag too. Packing in this way could help you reduce the risk of being checked by your Customs. Also, we tick "gift" on customs declaration form to help you save extra charge.
